Lila Sheffer

EDUCATIONAL SPECIALIST

Lila Sheffer, Educational Specialist, brings with her years of experience in the education field. From traveling in Europe, Canada and most of the contiguous states, Lila has been able to experience life hands on. Throughout her travels she has had the opportunity to work closely with others and share with them her passion for teaching. She has a passion to see young people learn and excel and has developed her own curriculum in multiple subjects. Motivated by challenges, she strives to create ways for children to learn. Lila is a visionary, driven by her love for working with children which started when she was just a teen.

Lila taught school for over 30 years as well as teaching other adults how to train young children. She has a bachelor’s degree in Education from Biola University and additional studies from Cal State LA, USC and UCLA and certificates with the Spalding system and the Teacher Training Institute as well as a Life Credential for Elementary/Middle School in the state of California.

Lila was born and raised in California and is the proud mother of 3 and grandmother of 12. In her spare time, what little she has, she enjoys reading, doing counted cross stitch, crocheting and working puzzles.
