Tom Roepke is the current Executive Director of Enterprise Resilience for one of the world’s largest motion picture & television studios. He is responsible for ensuring global resiliency through the development, maintenance and exercising of the structure and process of Emergency Preparedness, Crisis Management & Business Continuity. Tom also oversees the Global Threat Management group responsible for risk identification & analysis, threat & intelligence assessment and travel security.

Tom has 25 years of wide-ranging experience in the fields of Business Continuity, Crisis Management, & Corporate Security professional. He is a veteran of the armed forces having served honorably in the US Air Force from 1988–1996. Roepke is a published author and has spoken both domestically and internationally on subjects ranging from business continuity, crisis management, cargo theft, and supply chain security to utilizing global positioning systems (GPS) as an integrated security measure. He has developed and implemented myriad training & exercise curriculum dealing with emergency response; crisis management; business continuity; etc. Tom holds an M.A. Degree from Webster University in Business & Security Management and a B.S. Degree from Wayland Baptist University in Human Services & Criminal Justice. Tom is both a Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) and a Certified Protection Professional (CPP).

Tom has been married to his lovely wife, Lisa, for 26 years and they’ve raised three wonderful children and have been blessed with a beautiful grandson.
